Venezuela was struck on 24 June 2026 by a devastating series of two powerful earthquakes measuring 7.2 and 7.5 in magnitude. Such strong quakes are destructive on their own, but two occurring within a short time frame created an even greater disaster for affected communities. People who were still trying to recover from the first shock were hit again, deepening the damage and fear for the lives of their loved ones.

Search and rescue teams are continuing to search through the rubble and assist people who have lost their homes or are cut off from access to basic necessities. While authorities have so far confirmed 32 fatalities, this number is only the tip of the iceberg. Estimates suggest that the death toll could rise significantly as high as 10,000 to 100,000 people.

Many families have been left in urgent need and require immediate humanitarian assistance.

We are currently working to establish cooperation with partner organizations and local humanitarian teams to ensure that aid reaches those who need it most. The funds raised will be used to provide the most urgent assistance, including:

  • food
  • drinking water
  • medical supplies
  • hygiene kits
  • mattresses
  • emergency shelter

Help us provide urgent humanitarian aid.

Every donation can help save lives and bring hope to people who, within a matter of minutes, lost the safety of their homes.
